Accounting
Processes invoice payments; maintains the county’s centralized
accounting and contract systems; develops and prepares the
Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR); and assures
conformance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP),
county policy, State Statutes and Federal Law.

Budget
Responsibilities include coordinating the preparation of the
County’s Annual Budget and Capital Improvements Plan (CIP).

Payroll
Processes payroll, insurance benefits and maintains the Oracle
Payroll Data Base for Anoka County.
