Northstar Corridor Development Authority
Request for Proposals for Engineering Services for Project Development and
Design Support for Northstar Commuter Rail Project: Extension to St. Cloud
Now includes Addendum 1 and Addendum 2
The Northstar Corridor Development Authority (NCDA) is issuing a Request
for Proposals (RFP) for Engineering Services for Project Development and
Design Support for the Northstar Commuter Rail Project: Extension to St.
Cloud. The scope of service is to complete all analysis and documentation
required to gain admission to the Federal Transit Administration’s Project
Development Program for Small Starts, complete engineering and design for
commuter rail stations or modifications and track connections, which may
occur at commuter rail stations at Big Lake, Becker, and St. Cloud East,
assist in award of contracts, and provide design support services during
construction.
A pre-proposal conference will be held on Friday, March 12,
2010. Proposals must be received no later than noon Central Daylight Time
(CDT), Tuesday, March 30, 2010.
