Driver's License Renewal/DuplicateFor information about other licenses and services, see the License Bureau home page How To ObtainYou can renew your Minnesota Driver's License or apply for a duplicate, in person, at any Anoka County License Center. Duplicates are issued to replace a lost or stolen Driver's License, or for address/name changes. The current license must be valid for a period exceeding 90 days to receive a duplicate license. If there are changes in address or name, proper identification must be presented. Renewals require the applicant to take a vision test and have a photo taken. Proper identification must be presented. Note: Anoka County License Centers do NOT offer written or "behind-the-wheel" driver's license testing. Check the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Division of Vehicle Services Web site or call 651-296-6911 for locations, hours, services and fees. Required FormsThe Driver's License application form is available in any Anoka County License Center.
