Senior Caregiver Network (SCN)

The NFCA is a grass roots organization created to educate, support, empower and speak up for the millions of Americans who care for chronically ill, aged, or disabled loved ones.

The Anoka County Senior Caregiver Network is a network of services for caregivers, family members, and those for whom they care. Services include:

• The Gathering: Out-of-home group respite
• In-home respite
• Needs assessment
• Educational forums about caregiving issues
• Caregiver support groups

There are a few requirements participants must meet to receive Anoka County Senior Caregiver Network services.  Read more about the requirements.
